Service Description

The APED PFP Generator (https://pfp.aped.wtf) is a free AI-powered profile picture tool for the $APED community on Solana. It uses Google Gemini to generate stylised profile pictures from text prompts and optional photo uploads. No account or payment is required.

Acceptable Use

By using this service, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate images in bulk
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse prevention measures
• Generate content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

We enforce fair-use rate limits (up to 20 generations per day per IP address) to ensure the service remains available for everyone.

AI-Generated Content

All images are generated by Google Gemini, an AI model. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We run an identity quality gate to verify consistency, but results are not guaranteed.

Content Ownership

You own the images generated from your prompts and photos. You may use them as profile pictures, share them on social media, or use them for personal non-commercial purposes. The $APED branding elements (logo, character design) remain the property of the $APED project.

Community Gallery

If you opt to publish your image to the Community Gallery, it becomes publicly visible. You can remove it at any time using the delete function. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the image in the gallery.

Availability

This is a free service provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Rate limits may be adjusted based on demand and budget.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations.

Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
